Hydrant Systems
An
arrangement of piping,
valves, Hose connections
and equipments installed
in the island/building,
with the Hose
connections located in
such a manner that water
can be discharged in
spray or stream patterns
through attached hose
and nozzles for the
purpose of extinguishing
a fire there by
protecting a building or
structure and its
contents in addition to
protecting the
occupants. This is
accomplished by means of
connections to water
supply systems by using
the pumps and other
equipments necessary to
provide
an
adequate supply of water
to the hose connections.
The Hydrant System which
in proper would be
Automatic Wet One that
is the Hydrant line will
be connected to a Pump
System in order to
supply the required
water according to the
